How long are shipping times?

We partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have the order to you as soon as possible. Your product in most cases, will take anywhere from 10 - 25 days to be delivered to you depending on the manufacturer and supplier.  Please read the Shipping Policy for further information. 

What is the returns policy?

Unfortunately, exchanges and refunds will not be provided for change of mind or for a delay in receiving your product. If your product arrives not as described, faulty or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or full refund. Please read the Returns Policy for further information.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information will be entered into a SSL secure webpage. Your information is then SSL- encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Is warranty included?

We have the utmost trust in the quality of our products so unfortunately, there is no warranty included.
